Friday, May 20, 2022

As the health and safety of its students, faculty, and staff remain its top priority, Malayan High School of Science will implement various learning delivery modalities for School Year 2022-2023, giving students options for flexible, efficient, and safe learning.

A pioneer in digital learning for junior high school, Malayan Science employs new educational technologies in delivering fully online classes. Promoting learning continuity among its students, Malayan Science will implement Fully Online Learning for the 1st Quarter of the upcoming school year. Utilizing various digital resources, tools, and the learning platform Cardinal EDGE, powered by its mother school MapĂșa University, Malayan Science conducts synchronous lectures and other asynchronous academic activities for its online learning.

In line with the approval of the Department of Education of the conduct of face-to-face classes in areas under Alert Levels 1 and 2, Malayan Science will implement limited face-to-face classes for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters of S.Y. 2022-2023. With this learning mode, students will have schedules for face-to-face classes and remote learning.

Starting S.Y. 2022-2023, Malayan Science will also offer its Department of Education-approved Home Education Program. This innovative homeschooling program gives students the freedom to learn at their own pace and in the safety and convenience of their own homes and schedules.
