Admission Guidelines

Application for admission may be done through online or walk-in. Upon assessment, a qualified applicant will be scheduled for the MHSS Admission Test, a requirement that will assess his knowledge and skills in the areas of Mathematics, English, and Science. An interview will follow to assess the applicant’s communication skills and personality. Further assessment on the applicant’s qualifications may be required.

Entrance examinations are scheduled and administered from September to June of each school year. Applicants will be informed of their examination schedules upon submission of their application.

Examination results together with the date of enrollment and the list of admission requirements are emailed to applicants.

Online Entrance Examination and Online Enrollment Procedures for New Students

To take the Online Entrance Examination

  1. Fill out the online application form.
  2. Pay the Php 500.00 entrance examination fee over the counter at any RCBC branch or through online fund transfer. (Bank details will be emailed to applicants.)
  3. Send a clear scanned copy/picture of the validated deposit slip or electronic fund transfer confirmation to admissions@malayanscience.edu.ph.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, the Admissions Officer will send the online entrance examination guidelines, official receipt, and examination permit (with the examinee's username and password and examination schedule).
  5. Take the online entrance examination.
  6. Admissions Officer will email the result/acceptance letter to the applicant.

Note: If the applicant passed the entrance examination, he can proceed to enrollment.

To enroll:

  1. Download and fill out the MHSS Enrollment Form.
  2. Pay the matriculation fee over the counter at any RCBC branch or through online fund transfer.
  3. Send the filled-out enrollment form and a clear scanned copy/picture of the validated deposit slip or electronic fund transfer confirmation to admissions@malayanscience.edu.ph.
  4. Once payment is verified, the Registrar will send copies of the validated enrollment form and official receipt to the parent/guardian.

Note: Printed copies of the enrollment form and official receipt will be given to parents/guardians once on-campus operations resume.


Online Enrollment Procedure for Old Students

  1. Download and fill out the MHSS Enrollment Form.
