Non-Teaching Positions:


IT SUPPORT STAFF

Qualifications:

  • The position is responsible for configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of personal computers and related peripherals deployed at Malayan High School and used by its teaching and non-teaching personnel, and students. The position is likewise tasked with providing Level 1 end-user technical support to the all employees and students of MHSS and providing support to the Administrative Offices.
  • Degree holder, preferably in any computer related course;
  • With at least one (1) year work related experience


REGISTRAR

Qualifications:

  • Responsible for supervision, organization, management, control and operation of the Registrar’s Office. The position is also responsible in the repository of highly important and delicate documents in the Registrar’s Office.
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Management or Computer Science, MS Degree is an advantage;
  • With at least one (1) year work related experience


ADMISSIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • The position is responsible for the students’ recruitment, admissions, and placement strategy in accordance to MHSS’ thrust of continually increasing enrolment as well as building and sustaining the school’s positive image in the academic community.
  • Conceptualizes school promotions and student recruitment strategies in accordance to budget constraints and target student population, respectively.
  • Spearheads all benchmarking activities pertinent to best practices in managing student expectations, admissions requirements, DepEd expectations, and the like.
  • Links up with reputable associations and external organizations, in order to continually build and sustain a reputable character for the School.
  • Attends to all admissions related concerns raised by applicants/examinees, parents and/or students, issues advisories on pertinent developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, Social Sciences or its equivalent.
  • With working knowledge in ISO 9000:2008
  • At least two (2) years relevant working experience as Admissions Officer.


LIBRARIAN

Responsibilities:

  • Orients and briefs all students and other patrons regarding all applicable library policies, including but not limited to the use of facilities, equipment, resources, and services.
  • Checks patron registration every quarter, circulation of material/s, book reserves/requests, and processing of overdue notices and bills.
  • Administers periodic users’ satisfaction survey within the Section, and submits analysis of the same to the chief Librarian.
  • Reviews, reconciles and submits statistical reports on the utilization of the different library facilities, resources and services.
  • Checks and maintains the collection, organization of all materials assigned in the Section.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Library Information Science
  • With PRC License
