Supreme Student Government
The Supreme Student Government (SSG) helps in sharing student ideas, interests, and developmental plans with the school-wide community. The SSG represents the student population and acts as an intermediary between students and faculty. It gives students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities.
Book Lovers Club
The Book Lovers Club is an organization of students with common interest in reading books and other literary materials. It develops students’ appreciation and love for books and reading. It provides members with activities that improve their skills in listening and reading.
Citizenship Advancement Training
The Citizenship Advancement Training aims to enhance students’ social responsibility and commitment to the development of their communities. It develops student values to uphold law and order as they assume active participations in community activities.
Malayan Kasaysayan
Malayan Kasaysayan promotes awareness on historical events, cultural and historical artifacts, and social issues. It generates activities that develop critical thinking and inculcate nationalism.
Math, Science, and Technology (MaSciTech) Club
The MaSciTech Club provides a regular venue for Malayan Science students to express their extracurricular interests in the fields of Math, Science, and Technology. Members of this club compete in interschool quizzes and competitions.
Musika Malayan
Musika Malayan is the official choir of Malayan High School of Science. They participate in various off-campus competitions.
Peer Counselors
The Peer Counselors are the official student wing of the Center for Guidance and Counseling (CGC). Guided by CGC, the counselors tutor fellow students, counsel them on everyday issues, and helps them develop problem-solving skills.
Robotics Club
The Robotics Club is for students with interest in building and operating robots. It encourages students to design accessible and advanced programs to increase knowledge and interest and develop skills in science and technology, while developing life skills. It also gives them the opportunity to join national and international competitions.
Sports Organization
Sports Organization is the athletics group of Malayan High School of Science. It promotes excellence, develops members’ leadership and athletic skills, and gives them the opportunity to compete in off-campus tournaments.
Tanghalang Sining Malayan
The Tanghalang Sining Malayan enhances its members' skills in various fields of arts such as painting, drawing, acting, singing, and dancing. Its members participate in interschool presentations and competitions with a goal to enjoy, learn, and win. It also helps in designing and decorating venues during school events and activities.
Whizzy Works
Whizzy Works is the official student publication of Malayan High School of Science. Its editorial board and staff members cover and document Malayan Science’s important on- and off-campus events, activities, and engagements.
