Your overall safety and protection is important to us. To ensure that we continue to serve you, we encourage parents/guardians to make use of our Online Payment Option through electronic fund transfer.
Here is how you can pay school fees using online/mobile banking facilities.
Step 1
Access your bank account online. If your account is not enrolled in online/mobile banking, simply register your account following the steps indicated by your bank.
Step 2
Make a Fund Transfer or Send Money to Malayan High School of Science. (MHSS’s bank details can be requested from Ms. Lina A. Alaiza at [email protected])
Fund transfers may be done via the InstaPay electronic fund transfer services option.
Step 3
Email a CLEAR PHOTO of the electronic fund transfer confirmation to Ms. Lina A. Alaiza at [email protected], including the following details:
Student Name
Student Number
Date of Fund Transfer
Amount Transferred
Purpose of Payment
In the event that clients are unable to access the Internet, the following off-site payment channels are available:
Over-The-Counter at RCBC
Clients need to fill out the banks' Bills Payment/Deposit Slip in duplicate. A convenience fee of P15.00 will be charged by the bank. Transactions are reflected on MHSS's system within 2-3 business days. Should there be a need to update the account immediately, kindly scan and email the validated deposit slip to the Treasury at [email protected].
RCBC Automated Teller Machines
RCBC Automated Teller Machines can be used to settle matriculation fees. A convenience fee of P5.00 will be charged by the bank. Please scan and email the transaction slip to the Treasury at [email protected].
Clients can transact at the Treasury and settle their balances through the following:
Cash
Payments can be in peso.
Check
Payments must be made payable to CMalayan High School of Science and the date must be set on the date when the payment is made. The cashiers accept personal or manager’s check.
Credit/Debit Card
Clients may use either their credit or debit card to settle their account balances.
